Preparation Tips

Pour room temperature water into the boiler, filling up to the safety valve level—avoid overfilling to prevent watery coffee. Use a ground coffee blend specifically for Moka, filling the funnel generously without pressing the coffee. For the best flavor, set the heat to low and be patient—wait a few extra minutes for a rich, flavorful brew. Once the coffee rises into the collector, turn off the heat.
